Information provided via the Demo Request Form:

- Institution name (university, college, or other organization)
- Role or title (e.g., CFO, Treasurer, Compliance Officer, Finance Director)
- Work email address
- Message content describing your needs or questions (optional)
Usage and Technical Data:
- Usage data: pages visited, features interacted with, session duration, referral source
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type
- Log data: server access logs, error reports, timestamps of requests

How We Use Your Data
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Demo request follow-up: to contact you about your inquiry, schedule product demonstrations, and conduct sales outreach related to CampusChain Intelligence

- Demo request data (name, institution, role, email, message): retained for 3 years from collection, or until you request deletion — whichever comes first
- Usage and session logs: retained for 90 days
- Compliance-required records (e.g., audit trails, OFAC screening logs): retained according to applicable regulatory schedules, which may extend to 5–7 years
- Platform account data (subscribers): retained for the subscription term plus 1 year, unless earlier deletion is requested or legally required

Third-Party Processors
We engage the following categories of third-party service providers (“processors”) who may process personal information on our behalf. All processors are contractually bound to data protection standards consistent with applicable law.
Stripe Inc.
Payment processing for subscription and billing services, if applicable. Stripe processes payment card and billing information under its own PCI DSS-compliant infrastructure. See stripe.com/privacy.
Email Delivery Providers
Transactional and notification email delivery. These providers process email addresses and message content solely to deliver service communications on our behalf.
DFINITY Foundation / Internet Computer Infrastructure
CampusChain Intelligence is deployed on the Internet Computer (ICP), a decentralized cloud network operated by the DFINITY Foundation. Platform data is stored and processed within ICP canister smart contracts, which provide hardware-level encryption at rest and encryption in transit.
FERPA Adjacency Notice
FERPA Notice: CampusChain Intelligence is a software tool used by university finance and treasury departments. It does not receive, store, or process student education records as defined under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), 20 U.S.C. § 1232g. Institutional clients remain responsible for ensuring their use of CampusChain Intelligence does not involve student education records without appropriate data use agreements.
CampusChain Intelligence is designed exclusively for institutional financial, treasury, and compliance operations. Its data inputs are financial transaction records, stablecoin activity, FX exposure, and regulatory compliance data — not student enrollment, academic performance, or other FERPA-protected education records. Institutions should implement appropriate access controls to ensure that FERPA-protected student data does not flow into the platform.
GLBA Safeguards Rule
GLBA Compliance: InstructAI LLC provides software services to financial institutions including university treasury and finance departments that may be subject to the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) Safeguards Rule (16 C.F.R. Part 314). InstructAI LLC maintains an information security program reasonably designed to protect the security, confidentiality, and integrity of nonpublic personal financial information. Our security controls include encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, audit logging, and periodic security assessments.
University treasury offices and finance departments at institutions subject to GLBA should review InstructAI LLC’s Data Processing Agreement (DPA), available upon request at richd@udel.edu.
OFAC Compliance
OFAC Notice: CampusChain Intelligence incorporates compliance monitoring features that interact with data derived from the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) and Blocked Persons list. Use of the platform for purposes that violate OFAC sanctions programs or applicable export control laws is strictly prohibited. Institutional clients are responsible for ensuring their stablecoin and digital asset activities comply with applicable OFAC regulations and U.S. sanctions law.
InstructAI LLC’s compliance monitoring features are informational tools to assist institutional finance teams in their sanctions screening workflows. They do not constitute a legal determination of OFAC compliance. Institutions remain responsible for maintaining their own OFAC compliance programs. InstructAI LLC is not a licensed sanctions compliance advisor.
User Rights
You have the following rights with respect to your personal information held by InstructAI LLC:
- Right to Access: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Right to Correction: request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information
- Right to Deletion: request that we delete your personal information, subject to our legal retention obligations
